Twin Cities Experts is an online local business directory that connects consumers with service providers and professionals across the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Our services include:

• A searchable directory of local businesses and service providers
• Business listing creation, claiming, and management tools
• Tiered subscription plans (Free, Pro, Verified) for business owners
• An AI-assisted business description generation tool
• Photo and logo upload capabilities for business profiles
• Application and review submission features

Twin Cities Experts acts as a platform connecting users with businesses. We do not provide, endorse, warrant, or guarantee any services offered by listed businesses. Any transaction or engagement between a user and a listed business is solely between those parties.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

New Submissions: Business owners may submit their business for inclusion in the directory. Submissions are reviewed by our team and are not guaranteed to be approved. We reserve the right to decline, edit, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

Claiming a Listing: If your business is already listed, you may submit a claim request. Approved claimants gain management access to their listing. You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business you claim.

Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you submit, including business name, contact details, services, photos, and descriptions. Submitting false, misleading, or infringing content is prohibited and may result in immediate removal and account termination.

Content License: By submitting content (photos, descriptions, logos) to Twin Cities Experts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the directory.

Twin Cities Experts offers tiered subscription plans for business owners: Free, Pro ($99/year), and Expert Verified ($199/year). Paid subscriptions are billed annually through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

• Subscriptions automatically renew each year until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your owner dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice
• Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers

The Verified Expert badge and associated benefits are contingent on maintaining an active Verified subscription. Downgrading or cancelling will result in removal of the Verified badge and associated placement benefits.

By providing your phone number and submitting any form on our website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Adept Vision LLC DBA Twin Cities Experts regarding your submission, account, listing status, and related service communications.

• Message frequency varies based on account activity
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will receive a single confirmation and no further messages
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at [email protected]
• Consent to SMS is not required as a condition of any purchase
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

We use SMS messaging in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier guidelines. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent business information
• Impersonate any person or business or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Claim a business listing you are not authorized to represent
• Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Use our platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without written permission
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

Users may submit reviews and ratings for listed businesses. By submitting a review, you represent that it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements. Twin Cities Experts reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or our content guidelines. We are not liable for the content of user-submitted reviews.

All content on the Twin Cities Experts website — including the name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Adept Vision LLC DBA Twin Cities Experts and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The "Twin Cities Experts" name, "Verified Expert" badge, and associated marks are trademarks of Adept Vision LLC DBA Twin Cities Experts. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

THE TWIN CITIES EXPERTS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE DO NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR ACCURACY OF ANY BUSINESS LISTED IN OUR DIRECTORY. YOUR USE OF ANY LISTED BUSINESS'S SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADEPT VISION LLC DBA TWIN CITIES EXPERTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adept Vision LLC DBA Twin Cities Experts and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to our platform.

Pro and Expert Verified members may post exclusive coupons and promotional deals visible to all visitors of Twin Cities Experts. By posting a coupon, you enter into a binding commitment to honor the stated discount or offer for any customer who presents it within the validity period.

• All posted coupons must accurately represent the discount, eligibility requirements, and any restrictions
• Coupons must be honored for any customer who presents them within the stated validity period
• You may not post coupons for services you do not currently offer or are unable to fulfill
• Expired coupons must not be presented to customers as valid
• Pro members may maintain up to 5 active coupons; Expert Verified members may maintain up to 10

Failure to Honor Coupons: Any verified report of a business failing to honor a posted coupon may result in immediate suspension of coupon posting privileges, temporary listing suspension, or permanent removal from the Twin Cities Experts directory at our sole discretion. We take coupon integrity seriously to protect consumer trust in our platform.

Customers who experience a business refusing to honor a valid coupon may report the incident through our contact form. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification sections.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
